Urgent help

Hi guys. I just bricked my HTC one m9. I was trying to get it back to stock while I had a custom rom, and I set s-on back to true and locked the bootloader..

Fastboot DOES work.
I cannot enter the custom recovery mode, it says that it failed to boot to recovery.
I cannot boot into my custom rom.

I DO have an SD card. I tried to flash the RUU "0PJAIMG.zip", but it said "failed to flash downloadzip" and didn't flash..

What should I do at this point?
I can’t fine the official rom 2.11.1405.16. It’s for China. Can you help me?

Re: Urgent help

You need to find the stock recovery for your device. *YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO BOOT INTO A CUSTOM RECOVERY IF YOUR BOOTLOADER IS LOCKED* THAT is the ENTIRE reason you unlock your bootloader in the first place. Try XDA and see if you can find a stock recovery for your specific device...

If it's a hardware defect, then you should just try to get your money back from the eBay seller. No trick or MOD is going to help you fix this.

Re: Urgent help

What's your CID? You can find this on the download mode screen.
FOR EXAMPLE the unlocked international variant is HTC__001
HAS TO BE *8* characters

Re: Urgent help

Don't put those numbers anywhere public. You CID can also be found by booting into fastboot and typing , fastboot getvar all

Re: Urgent help

I have CID and MID now

What is it. The cid for the phones are all the same based on the region. The only info you should never put up publicly is the imei and possibly the serial number.
