Can I have a phone ringer when an email is received?

If a certain email is received, I would like my phone to ring.
Is there an app for this?
I want it to keep ringing until I check the email.
Is that possible?

Can I use existing settings?

Do you mean if a certain email from a certain sender, or from any sender? Some phones have a Notification Reminder option (typically Samsung phones) in the Accessibility menu that will give you a reminder notification tone every few minutes until you've cleared it.

So which phone do you have? As I mentioned above, not all phones have the Notification Reminder option.

One piece of the puzzle might be using Gmail's Custom Filters: https://www.howtogeek.com/171178/ho...-emails-you-care-about-with-gmail-on-android/. It won't help with having a notification sound until you turn it off, but you could create a custom notification tone that is really long (like a 3 minute song mp3, for example) that might be a reasonable workaround.

My phone doesn't really matter as such
I've made an order system for a restaurant.
When they get orders, they need to be notified.
A simple email notification won't be enough - the staff might miss.
A long 3 minute MP3 playing would be perfect!

They will have a dedicated phone for the order system, so I guess a cheap Samsung might do the job.
So will check Samsung phones as you suggest.
