Can I imitate mouseover in browser?

Is it possible to imitate mouseover in internet browser on my Galaxy Tab 2? For example, on Iconia Tab you could put your finger on a desired spot and then slide to side, so it worked like mouseover. It would be very disappointing for me if this device can't do this.

I find that's more of a function of the browser you use. Its doesn't seem to be part of the stock browser. That being said I never use stock. I use ICS Browser+ for everything now and that does seem to emulate a mouse-over when you hold your finger on the item. I don't know if this covers all things that have popups or mouse over actions.
