can i install skyraider on my incredible and keep all my contacts/apps/settings?

ive been fooling around a little bit with this rooting thing and i successfully rooted my incredible, backed up the stock OS, installed the skyraider rom, and reverted back to my stock OS with everything in tact. i am now wondering if i can mount all of my info on the skyraider OS or what app i should use to back up all of my contacts/pics/texts/apps.

I just did mine last night, and Titanium Backup seems to be the favorite among all the forums I have been reading. I paid for the "donate" version via paypal and it seems to be well worth it for the one-touch back up. With the free version you have to manually approve each and every app back up, etc.

I just went straight up when I did it last night, using my Google account to back up contacts, and my AppBrain list to get all of my apps back. Good luck- SkyRaider is a blast.
