Can I intall a uinput kernel on a stock Note 3

Are you rooted? Because root is required.

yeah im on kitkat 4.4.2 stock rooted I just don't want to install a new rom, I was wondering if I could just install the kernel with uinput module. Is there a way with out installing a new rom

Yes a Kernel can be flashed as a stand alone.
