Can I mirror with my Samsung ES8000 TV set?

I'm not sure if that can be done. The set has the Evo Kit which makes it the same chipset as the new F8000 series. It would be cool to be able to see football on the phone. I know I can install a Samsung app that allows the phone to act as a remote, but I'm not interested in that. Anybody know?

I don't know but it works on my phone and it's useless. It has about a 10 second delay yet you have to be near the tv so what's the point?

You have to install samsung smart view from Samsung apps not playstore.

Trouble is it used to work on my tv but now smart view can't find my tv in my wifi network to connect to it.

Yes, you purchase a sling box at retail store or online.

You connect sling to computer and cable box.

There are Hd and standard. I watch everything in Hd.

Need good signal or Wifi to run Hd

you must download app from play store. Not the verizon app.

for some strange reason it has worked flawlessly since I purchased it in June of 2010

I can also watch from anywhere in the world as long as there's a data or Wifi signal. The range is a little more practical than 10 ft from television.

I love free items, trouble with that is the items I want are hard to find for free.

So I can watch using a smartphone with a data signal in HD? Or only WiFi?
