Can I not use my S6 purchased themes on my S8?

Hello, on my former Galaxy S6 the Samsung Theme Store offered free and pay themes. Right now with my Galaxy S8+ the Theme Store offers free themes only. I can't find a way to find and download all my bought themes with my former Galaxy S6. Is there only free themes now or my bought themes can't work on my S8+?

There are many paid themes, not sure what you're looking at, but all your paid themes should be available to download. Unless, for some reason, they are no longer compatible with the S8. I'm using wallpaper I had on my S7e and it works fine on the S8+, I would assume themes would be similar.

I don't know what's going on but I can't see any pay theme or find all the ones I bought with my S6. Maybe, and just maybe, it's a requirement to activate Samsung Pay, cause I uninstalled it. Two years ago when I bought my former S6 you can buy themes with a Prepaid Visa card, later you must used an official Visa bank card. I really don't understand this issue, but on my S8 I can't find pay themes or the ones I bought with my S6.

I don't think samsung pay has something to do with it, might sound stupid but did you login with the same samsung account ? In the theme store check the top section click on it and check if you have paid , if not i can say it's a bit weird i know some themes might not have everything compatible (since you know different aspect ratio) but not seing paid themes at all is kinda weird , could be a sync issue too with your samsung account.

NB: i use prepaid cards everywhere including google play for games and never had any issues.

Well, I login with the same and only Samsung account I got when bought my former S6. I click on the top section at the theme store and can't see no pay themes, just free. I got an unlimited mobile service plan( phone call, text, data, roaming) so Sync is always on at my S8+. I check my Samsung account and everything looks right. As you said is kind of weird. Maybe, and just maybe, this issue is related to the change of mobile services company, but I bought my S8+ at my current company(change from AT&T to Claro). Anyway I appreciate the attention to my problem with Samsung Theme Store. Thank you Sir.

do you see that option? Not on the top of the screen but the area i circled that's how you usually get paid themes if you have these and still not your already paid themes than I'd say it's a compatibility issue either that or someone more intelligent than me will come and help you more xD

I had the same thing for a couple of weeks after I bought my s8 and s8+ then all of a sudden all of the paid themes appeared on both of them. Don't know what happened or changed.

Well, since I bought the S8+ nine days ago I'm not going to lose hope yet. If this issue fix itself I will write back.

Go to the theme store, click on the menu and choose My Page and then Purchased items. You should see all of your purchased items.

Make sure you're signed into Google playstore. I was able to use a few of mine from the S6.

This ones are the new and FREE I downloaded with my S8+. They are not the ones I bought with my former S6.

Yes , I'm signed into Google Play Store. Bought many apps in the last ten or eleven years with my formers Android phones.
