Please help me.

I have rooted my android phone.Then,I uninstalled my only launcher.I use other launcher but then I factory data reset it.All of my apps lost including my third-party launcher.When I boot my phone,I found out that my phone launcher does not appear.I don't know how to install a launcher for my phone now.Please help me.....my phone blank and I can't open anything.

I hope you have access to Playstore.
Browser can be downloaded and installed from it.
