Can I put everything form my System to SD card?

I just bought a Samsung galaxy tab 3 lite 7. I only have 8 GB of storage what was not enough for me, so I bought a SD card of 16 GB. Still i am not able to put all the apps to the SD card. So I plugged it in to my computer. I see 2 folders: one is tablet and the other is card. Can i open the tablet file and cut -> paste everything to the SD card without doing any harm to the tablet or its performance or guaranty?

-Media
-Music
-Pictures
-Podcasts
-TMemmo
-Android
-cleanmaster
-Documents
-Download
-Movies
-Notifications
-Playlists
-Ringtones
-zedge
And I see the following files in the folder tablet
-miniclipID.txt
-ns127_afterNS.pcm
-ns127_beforeNS.pcm

And i see the following folders on the card
-LOST.DIR
-Music

And if not everything is possible to transfer, what can i transfer?

I would only transfer media (pictures, movies, etc), documents, and the like. Do not move apps or system files. It can cause apps or the system to have problems.

You can't move your apps to SD. This function was available before android 4.0 version
