Can i retrieve my contacts after factory reset without backing up to Google? Can my phone numb

I done a factory reset now can't get my contacts.I tried goin to Google now can't find my account

Unless the contacts had been saved to a cloud service (Google account, Samsung, Outlook, etc.), or the SIM card directly, unfortunately you can't retrieve them once the phone has been wiped.

If they were being backed up to your Google account, try going to http://contacts.google.com and log in with the same account that was used on your phone; they should show up there.

If you can export as a .VCF file you can save them where you want. Only thing, it's only name and number, not address, ringtone or any other notes.
I leave one file in the phone's memory, and copy the other to computer.

That, unfortunately, won't work if they already formatted the phone.
