Can I revert back to 4.2.1 from 4.2.2?

Hi

Since updating this week from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2 on my Nexus 7 I have now lost the ability to use "Sky Go". Contacting Sky they inform me that they do not yet support 4.2.2 (!!) and so I cannot use the tablet for one of the main things for which I chose it.

So can I un-install 4.2.2 without doing a factory reset?

Thanks for the quick reply - I feared that I wouldn't be able to.

Complaint is in to Sky, hopefully they will get the app updated soon.

Apart from this problem I am delighted with my Nexus and am happily recommending it to friends

Update is that Sky have now fixed the app and Sky Go runs on 4.2.2 - however it only took two weeks to resolve

ask your carrier for a warrenty replacement phone. i did and i got a new phone with 4.2.1on it.

Why? It was an app problem and it has been resolved. Aside from that, he has a tablet, not a phone.
