Can i revert to an OTA for android 6.0.1

if i have January 2017 patch for android v6.0.1 update installed, can i revert to the official stock firmware released in September 2016?
After flashing with the OTA update and installing the update patches, i've noticed that the android security patch level say Jan 2017 instead of Feb 2017. Also, there inst an option to backup via samsung account, no icon background, cant choose finger print lock along with a pin or pattern (its stuck with backup password) and maybe other glitches i havent explored as yet .
