No OTA update for Android N

I have an unlocked HTC One A9. At least, I think it's unlocked. I ordered an unlocked phone from HTC's website when the A9 was first released. Then I broke it so because of the Uh-oh protection HTC sent me a replacement device. And I assume that their replacement device was also unlocked. Is there any way to verify whether this is an unlocked device or not? (Their tech support confirmed to me on chat that it's unlocked but I don't believe her 100% because she was unable to tell me why there is no OTA update available.)

Assuming it is unlocked, why do you think I'm not seeing the OTA update?

The software info on the device right now is:
android version 6.0.1
security patch level is october 1, 2016
htc sense version is 7.0_g
software number is 1.57.617.60

That's the latest Marshmallow software for the US unlocked A9. No idea why you haven't received the OTA offer yet.

I have the unlocked version and only received the update yesterday (the 25th). The rollout obviously hasn't reached everybody yet, so hang on - I'm sure you'll get an update soon.
