Are there even any available? If there are, the developer of the ROM would be able to provide a guide on installation.

If the ROM comes with a batch file (probably a .bat file for Windows and a .sh file for Linux or Mac) that uses fastboot commands, yes. Otherwise, as Hallux said, ask the ROM developer.

For what it's worth - I don't see a section on XDA for the Pixelbook. If it was possible to do this, I believe they would have the info.
