Can i run internet explorier on my android

Hello,
I have a droid razr maxx hd that I recently purchased, I want to remotely check my home security system from my phone. I have everything all set up and it will only allow access through Internet Explorier, and I assume my Razr Maxx is running on Google Chrome. Couldn't find IE in the downloadable applications. Is there anything I can do?
