Can I set an alarm from my phone (with alarm label set)

Does anyone know a way of setting an alarm with a label from the desktop? SUPER IMPORTANT: I need to be able to set the alarm label.

Setting alarms on my phone takes too long.
If I can type and move the mouse on my desktop - that would be so much easier for me!

Have you tried using voice assistants? i.e. Hey Google, set an alarm called TEST daily at 5PM.
