Can I set separate screen and power time outs.?

I have found where to set the screen time out but the screen does not only time out the tablet switches off entirely. So to resume I have to press the on button and type in my pincode With a screen time out I would expect to resume just by touching thescreen? I would like to set screen time out say at 2 mins but power at say 15 mins.
