My LG G3 from USCellular (US990) has recently been ran over by a transit bus. Needless to say the phone it totaled but the logic board is still intact. I have looked online at other US990 G3 assemblies with bad ESN/IEMIs to transfer my logic board into, but I noticed that G3 assemblies from other carriers are a bit more affordable. So would I be able to transfer my US990 logic board into, lets say a Sprint LS990 or T-Mobile D851 assembly? On a side note, props to the LG G3 durability engineers. Even though the screen is cracked, rear camera lens is shattered, and the battery is a little disfigured, I don't think anyone would believe that my phone was actually ran over by a transit bus by looking at it.

I had a similar situation and was able to swap a Verizon CDMA board into a T-Mobile GSM G3. LG makes their logic boards plug and play with the screens, camera, and digitizer. The board itself has the antennas, so switching carriers is not an issue as long as your "donor" board has a clean ESN. In your situation, the board is good and you need the shell. It should work for you.
