Can I turn off my message tone for outgoing texts only?

I originally changed my( incoming) text message alert , one alert for ALL contacts (which is a simple "hello"). But it also plays when I'm sending messages. (Outgoing)
Then I figured out how to personalise my contact text alerts, but have only done a few just now. Yet now when I send a text to any contact, even the personalised ones, it still plays the original "hello" once sent. Can I turn off the sound for only outgoing messages ? As it is starting to really annoy me now thanks p's this is for Samsung galaxy s5

It could be the sms delivery report. Check your message app and make sure that is turned off

How do I do that lol? Sorry this is new phone and so much stuff on it , can't find anything

I found it, I would have liked to have kept the delivery reports just without the tone but by looks of things that isn't possible . Thank you for your help tho , much appreciated.
