Can I undelete a file that was saved to the phone?

I saved a large wmv file to my Incredible, then tried to email it to myself. It was too big for that, so I deleted the outgoing email. Now the file is gone. Can anything be done?

Is it still in the Trash folder, maybe?

I don't see such a folder. Where would I find it?

Open the email app, then hit Menu. You should see a button that says "Folders".
