Can I unsync my secondary folders in Gmail.

I made a real girly mistake and synced all my folders and gave them all notification tones. Now my phone goes off with all the promotional and update crap all day (argh!!!)
Can I fix this??

Welcome to Android Central! Open your Gmail app, tap Menu>Settings, tap your Gmail account, then Manage Labels. You can turn sync on or off for individual labels, and also manage the notifications for each label there.
