Can I upgrade from Android 5.1 Lollipop to Android 6.0 M or Android 7.0 N?

8 GB ROM
1.3 GHz Processor
Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer Sensor, Light Sensor.
4.5" Screen.

You should check developpers forums like Xda-developpers. You might be able to find custom ROMs there.

You could flash a Custom ROM, you can find tuturial on how to flash a custom ROM with your specific device at XDA-Developers. Hope it helps.

Thanks PRGDR and StivinOst TheMiner123 for your suggestions. I know how to flash ROM, but the question is that should I download Android 6 or 7 files then flash it into my phone, or there is another way?

There is no other way if the device isn't supported by the manufacturer. To flash a custom ROM you will also need to root the phone

My phone is rooted. I also have flashed (original firmware) ROM as I was facing an issue. That means I also know how to flash custom ROMs but I do not know where to download Marshmallow or Nougat files that is perfect for my phone.
Is there anyone here who can tell me where to download Android M or N files?
