Can I use a Duracell Car Charger to safely charge my LG G5?

LG Fast Charge Travel Adapter - Input: 100-240V-50/60Hz 0.5A(0,5A)
Output: 9.0V=1.8A(9,0V=1.8A) or 5.0V=1.8A(5,0V=1,8A)

The outputs look right, so it should work. It won't fast-charge though - that's done at 9 Volts, which the Duracell charger doesn't put out. (And, if the Duracell charger is actually putting out 4.75 Volts, it's not going to charge the phone much.)
