Bluetooth Headset, Android Phone, and Bluetooth Speaker as Portable PA System

I do a lot of public speaking in different places. Is there a way (I'm willing for about anything) to use my Jawbone ERA headset linked to my Galaxy S4 via bluetooth, to connect to a bluetooth speaker? Do you know of any apps that would enable my phone to port the audio through, like a mixer? Ideally the speaker would be linked with bluetooth too, but 3.5mm audio cable would work if it had to.

I don't have the answer, but I just want to post a reply that I'm interested in this too, to draw attention to this post. I want to get a patch cable from the headphone jack of the networked desktop computer to my phone jack, and bluetooth the audio to my boss' bluetooth speaker, so we can get streaming radio at work without using personal data from the phone. The desktop PC doesn't have bluetooth.
