Can I Use My Moto Turbo Charger?

First time Samsung owner here. I have an extra turbo charger from my Motorola X Pure that I'd like to use at work. Can I use it with my Samsung wireless charging stand or might I damage it or the phone?

I've accidental plugged my Nexus 7 tablet into my Moto X turbo charger and it would not charge at all. I would love to be able to charge my S7 at the same speed as my Moto X would fast charge.

But isn't the S7 capable of quick charge?
