I have a samsung galaxy s4 and the screen is completely broken so its black with just green lines. The digitizer is broken. and i searched up on how to get my files(photos, videos, music, etc.) from it because I'm getting a new phone. and i tried downloading and using the android SDK package because i thought my phone has the usb debugging enabled, but apparently not. so that method did not work. i tried samsung kies. but when i plugged in my phone, it says it can't detect my phone at all and says to remove then plug in the usb cable again. i tried this many times with different usb cables. would the otg usb and a keyboard unlock my phone? and if it can, would i be able to sync it to kies on my computer? and my phone is protected with a pin.
