Can localisation of apps lead to a ban

Hi Friends,

I read in a forum that localisation of android apps can lead to a ban as translation of apps in to different languages can lead to duplication of keywords in different languages and hence lead to a ban by google ...

We are very worried as we got one of our apps translated to 7 top languages ...

Can some one please guide of this is true and if so what we can do now , also some said that do not release an app with translation but do translation as an update , is that also true ..
