Can not place calls or send/receive text since Android 10

Since installing the Android 10 update on my Note+ and my fiancée's Note 10+, we can no longer place calls or send/receive texts while Wi-Fi is turned on. Also while wifi is on, calls place to us go directly to voice mail.

As soon as wifi is turned off, we get a flood of texts and voice mail notifications.

Anyone else have this issue?

Was this an official update over-the-air, or did you manually install it from a website?

I'm on Verizon.

It is the official update that came up on the phone.

Have you asked Verizon about it? Also, try turning off Wi-fi Calling and see if calls and texts work. If it does, then see if the problem comes back after turning it back on. If the problem does return, you might try the Reset Network Settings option.
