Can not read data on S4 Galaxy when connected to PC

I have dropped the Galaxy S4, and the LCD Screen cracked, and the screen does not work. I can not read the inform :'( when connect to Win 7 comp. I was able to read before the drop. the phone is out of warranty since it is two years old. I am in Ont, just north of Toronto.

Any suggestions how to get the information?
