can one set 2 different-looking email notification icons if 2 different email addresses accounts

If one has set up two email addresses on the samsung email app, say one personal yahoo mail and the other work mail address, I notice the AOD screen gets two separate email notification icons if there is new unread mail in each account, but they are identically looking. But the icons are identical so if got 3 new email in personal and 1 in work, how can I tell by just looking at the icons; anyway to change setting so they look different?

Unfortunately, not in stock options. You might be able to find themeing apps (that usually require root access) or hacks (also require root), but that's about as much as you'll get. You can use different notification light/sound combinations, but cannot change the icon unfortunately, with apps like Lightflow.
