Can only receive notifications and messages on wifi

Hello,

My phone can only receive notifications from bum, Facebook, Instagram etc when I am on wifi. When not on wifi I receive nothing not even emails. Any suggestions?

Well, I think your data connection might not be that much fast to provide you with the notifications. I will say why don't you try switching to the network provider that offers you much more fast data connection.

I am having the same problem. I have unlimited data use and my data is always on but my what's app, Facebook and snap chat notifications only come through when in a wifi zone. Any suggestions on how to solve this???

This definitely wouldn't be it. Notifications don't use much bandwidth.

Ensure you don't have the app set to only use wifi within the app settings.. This could be the cause.

Well, sometimes it happens with me, when I travel to places where the mobile data connection is not that much fast you would not get the notifications. But yes like you said the app set to use wifi may also be the reason behind the notification... :O
