Can S20 answer a call with voice and have speaker come on automatically?

[Android Central Question]

I just got my S20 the other day, up from an S6, and on the 6 I was able to say "Answer" when the phone rang and it would answer and be on speaker immediately.

Does the S20 have this capability? I don't want to have to actually touch the phone, and the only videos I have found are about Bixby and still having to either use the side button or tap the answer button.
