Can shipping address be changed?

Ordered my 16GB on 27th Nov..time frame given was 2-3 weeks....The status is still pending..Is it possible to change the shipping address and as per google playstore policy I should be able to do it. So then I called up google and they said you cannot change the shipping info o else your order would be cancelled.. Any advise guys?

I had to cancel my order and the store still says I've reached my limit so if you don't HAVE to change your address I wouldn't. You might be able to get the courier to change it after a first attempt though.
