I ordered a thunderbolt from verizon and it was shipped out thru ups and I still haven't received my order number and my location so if anyone received theirs thunderbolt thru ups and what is your order number and location number

Like I'm tryna get someone with a order number and a location number I need to see what's the problem with ups
did you pay online or in store?
find the receipt/confirmation page
print your bank statement showing the transaction with same $ amount
visit local VZW store, ask to speak directly to the manager
explain the situation--NICELY
explain that you will not leave until the situation is resolved
if he/she is unable to resolve it, inform him you want a Thunderbolt on the spot & cancel the shipping order or he/she can provide you with his manager's #.
