Can someone check an ESN for me?

I have a US Cellular Galaxy Note 2 and would like to find out if it has a clean ESN. They won't tell me over the phone which seems nuts, but hey whatever. The nearest store is almost 100 miles away. So anyone here an employee or knows somebody or has some way to check the ESN?

There's a paid service through several different websites. Google "IMEI blacklist checker." Accuracy may not be 100 percent though. The only other way is to try it out first. Not great options... I know.
