can someone explain this wakelock detector to me?

Ok I figured out a fix for this by browsing other forums. I just turned off the amber alerts in cell broadcasts. This fixed it for about 1-2 weeks and I literally only had a drain of 5% drain overnight(10-11 hours). Now, it's back up again. the msm_hsic_host is taking up a lot of battery and my phone goes into 0% deep sleep during the night.... What is causing this randomly??!

First, you need to turn on "Advanced mode" in WLD's settings. Then you will absolutely Google Services in the top of CPU wakelock list.
What I have experienced is 100% wakelock, high PowerServiceManager.WakeLocks and no partial wakelocks. This problem seems to be OS bug and common.
