Can someone help me with mms on straight talk/ andriod phone?

Ok i jave a blu vivo x on straight talk. I have the unlimited plan. I had my data shut off dure to using to much data. I had no data what so ever until i refilled my service. My internet works fine with data but i cant send or receive mms messages. It says service not activated on my account and straight talk has given me every apn and done other things and still cant fix the issue. Someone help me please!

Welcome to Android Central! Which APN settings have you tried? Have you also tried the Reset Network Settings option, probably somewhere in the Settings>Mobile Networks​ menu?
