so when my phone boots up its works fine then it turns off then boots up again it keeps on doing it how do I fix this

Sounds like your describing what we call a boot loop.

What changes/modifications have you done lately to your device?

Is it rooted or stock?

If your running a custom ROM then wipe and try flashing it again. Otherwise I would find a different ROM or unroot / restore back to stock.

well I tried a factory rest and it says failed cant mount sd-exit
