Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28932. Also, if you have an SD card inserted, remove it.

Reflash the ROM (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN). (And I hope you have everything backed up, because it's gone.)
