Can someone help with my dropbox photo album....No longer showing

Hi. I recently switched phone using the smartswitch app (Galaxy Note 4) and all of my photos transferred except for the 2 dropbox photo albums. I have unlinked, uninstalled, reinstalled, re-linked, sync. Not quite sure what else I need to do. This is very important to me as a jewelry designer.

Welcome to Android Central! Are those folders showing photos synced from your Dropbox cloud, or are they locally saved on the phone? If they're in the cloud, then I don't think they'll transfer over using SmartSwitch. You'd have to sync the photos directly to your phone, like with the S5: How to start and stop Dropbox photos syncing to your Samsung Galaxy S5 | Android Central

As a workaround, have you tried something like Carousel?

Well if the folders r missing in ur dropbox app (in dropbox server) then there's no way. However if they r not transferring over smart switch then first download them and then transfer to ur new phone
