can someone please make Gapps flashable?!??

ya i read that but i do not have gapps or market loaded on the boot card. How would i go about loading gapps or market or the wireless app without the ADB capabilties.I have tried to put the gapps folder directley on to the vard with hope to get it to load but no such luck. I am a newbie at this got the thing rooted and want to expand my horizons but my fingers are getting sore. LOL

Dayam... I can't even get the flashable variety to work.

Flashes OK in recovery... but not a single icon or app appears from the gapps.
