I used to have a BB way back in the day that was stereo capable, I got an android that was also stereo capable when I moved out, a it was a Galaxy S series. Galaxy Mes by US Cellular. Here is where I need help comparing. I used a HM3500 Bluetooth (stereo capable) so when I set an MP3 as a ring tone or as a notification it also played that tone in my ear through the Bluetooth.
We moved over to AT&T to the Atrix II, I tried to ... OK I did pair up the HM3500 to the Atrix but it will not play the MP3's like it did with the Mez. I figured it was (the Bluetooth that is) just getting old. I got a new Plantronics stereo Bluetooth. Same issue. Now I still have that old Mez. Guess what, I tried it, and the plantronics Bluetooth will play the MP3's in my ear as ring tones and notifications just like the HM3500.
Am I missing a setting or is the Atrix just not capable of this?
