I noticed something trying to call VZW *611 after I updated. When I tray calling *611 from my S3 it takes me to the VZW app. From there you can click to call Customer support. Once I click I enter my credentials, it takes me back to the phone dialer w/ the VZW support number. I push call it takes me back to the VZW app. So I cannot call VZW support because all it does is take me in a loop. Can someone confirm?
