I noticed something trying to call VZW *611 after I updated. When I tray calling *611 from my S3 it takes me to the VZW app. From there you can click to call Customer support. Once I click I enter my credentials, it takes me back to the phone dialer w/ the VZW support number. I push call it takes me back to the VZW app. So I cannot call VZW support because all it does is take me in a loop. Can someone confirm?
 
I will try it now. I wanted to call about my phone issues since our recent update

Mine worked fine. I scrolled down to call customer service and it went right thru.

Thanks. I uninstalled all updates then updated and it worked. I thought VZW didn't want me calling in to complain update the last software update. :mad: Not that it would help any.
 
Open the My VZW app and go to "profile" tab as shown in 1st pic. Then go to 611 settings and you'll see 2nd pic, set to off and all gravy.
