Can the note 2 talk and surf over 3G at the same time?

Question is, most people don't need the talk and surf feature. I saw a commercial about the iPhone for att that said you can talk and surf. Still not leaving Sprint just for that... :/

Agreed. But that feature could be handy for me sometimes. Can't wait for lte.

I should have asked.... what's 3g?

Just kidding, but my fiancee's s3 doesn't on Sprint either...

His galaxy s3? It can definitely do data and voice at the same time. The note can't for Sprint.

Her s3, yes. I tried it today, didn't go. 4g or Wi-Fi, yes.

I just think hers is broken...

Yeah I'd get it checked. I know Sprint's S3 can do it due to dual CDMA chips within the phone otherwise you would be right we couldn't do it... So if hers has issues I'd definitely have Sprint or wherever you got it from take a look at it.

What's the model number? If you go to system settings > about phone you can see the model (see below for a example).

I was on the phone with the doctors office today and was on hold for 15 Mins. It was great to be able to surf the net and use Tapatalk and fb while I was on hold.

Note 2, it's true, ,size is everything!

Yeah I would get her phone checked. Something is wrong if the S3 can't do it :(

Yep the note 2 can on 4g or wifi. Just not 3g.

He just mentioned his wife's S3 wouldn't do it.. Which I said is odd because the s3 can do it on 3g, 4g, or wifi.
