Can the order of the nav bar still be switched?

As usual, Samsung puts the back button on the right when it should be on the left (imo). Can anyone with their phone in hand confirm if the setting to switch it around still exists, and if so, does the gesture navigation follow suit?

Yes to both. I'm using the back button on the left with gestures no problem.
