Can the removed apps and users high data usage indicate spying on my phone?

I’ve recently removed some apps, and yes I’ve just seen this come up on data usage, however I was concerned that someone put tracking or spy stuff in my phone, like to see what I’m typing. How can I determine if that’s true?

Nope , go through next battery charge up cycle u shouldn't see them there
