Can the TB used overseas?

Data charges for International connections are pretty attrocious. I guess you could move.

When you're overseas, wifi is your friend. I keep my old, sim unlocked Blackberry for when I need to have a GSM phone when I travel. Local SIM card for phone calls and wifi for data. I use a Google Voice number for SMS messages through email. There are lots of ways to minimize expenses when travelling.
