Here is the scenario:

On my phone, The Amazon Prime Account App and Amazon Photo app are both linked to my wife's amazon account.

When I log into my Amazon Prime account, it also updates my Amazon Photo account when we don't use. All our photos go to her (our) Amazon account.

We have different Amazon Prime Video accounts...so the question is...
Can I be logged into my Amazon Prime account on my android but have the amazon photo account be linked to my wife's amazon account?

Welcome to Android Central.

I'm not totally following you but it's super late for me and I'm just perusing the forums to somewhat stay awake so sorry if I get this wrong.

Based on your thread title, yes you can have two of almost any account/app on a device. You could an app like Parallel Space that is designed specifically to allow users to have and use multiple accounts at once. There are others but Parallel Space is probably the most popular. You could also use an app like Hidden Folder that is built into some manufacturer's devices. Usually Hidden Folder type apps are used to keep private things private but you can log-in to apps placed in the hidden folder with a different account than the one logged into outside of the folder. The down side is notifications will be censored, it requires a passcode to enter and use those apps and if the passcode is lost so is everything not saved to the cloud that was in that folder. There is no way to recover a lost code and I believe to get the feature back you have to factory reset the device...

Best wishes.
