Can we get a fix for optimus v mms?

yeah, try pulling a deodexed MMS.apk out of a V dump, put it in the system/app directory from a S ROM, sign and flash.

That may fix it.

My guess would be that the root of the problem lies in either /system/etc/apns-conf.xml or /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/telephony.db

You might try adding Verizon configs or simply pushing the files from a V dump.

get aospcMod for lg optimus v on rom manager and a gapps.zip file to go along with it. that will fix mms problem and its really the same thing as cyanogenmod 7 and its improved my battery life time from :lg optimus v

ok guys i did all that acsops and g apps n=but all it fixed was the was sending mms not receiving can u guys explain a little bit more or any other way i could go about it .... running cynaogenmod 7 2.3.3
